Chelsea was raised on Block Island and attended the Block Island School.  She graduated from the University of Vermont with a B.A. in English.  Following graduation, Chelsea traveled throughout the United States, Australia, New Zealand, and Europe.  She worked in Breckenridge and Steamboat Springs, CO, as well as in the sales and marketing department at Burke Mountain in Vermont. 

Chelsea returned to Block Island full-time in 2007, and became the office assistant at Ballard Hall Real Estate.  In 2008, she obtained her salesperson's license.  Chelsea enjoys the beaches and nature trails of Block Island year round, skiing, traveling and spending time with family and friends.
