Judith moved to Block Island and joined Ballard Hall Real Estate in 1998. She began her career in real estate on the historic East Side of Providence in 1993.    Judith earned the Realtor designations Accredited Buyer Representative (ABR) &  Seller Representation Specialist (SRS) through completion of required courses and related practical experience representing both Buyer and Seller clients. 

Judith serves on the town's Zoning Board, and on the Board of the Block Island Medical Center  She also sings with the Block Island Ecumenical Choir. A Rhode Island native, Judith earned her Batchelor's degree in sociology and political science from the University of Rhode Island and Master's degree in history from the University of Vermont.  She lives with her husband Charles on Dickens Farm Road.
