Rosemary Tobin - Sales & Rental Agent « Back

Rosemary Tobin came to Block Island in November of 1997; she was here for a short visit but quickly fell in love with the Island and its people.  She has now been a part of the year round community for the last eleven years.  She has successfully worked with Ballard Hall Real Estate for the last eight years.

Rosemary grew up outside of Washington DC in Rockville, Maryland.  She attended college in Boca Raton, Florida at Florida Atlantic University.  After college, she worked as a lobbyist for the Public Interest Research Group, which led her to Chicago, Illinois. There she worked several political campaigns and for Mayor Richard M. Daley.  After eight years of working in the political arena she decided to simplify her life and leave Chicago to travel.  Her travels ended here on Block Island.

Rosemary lives on Block Island with her husband and her new son, wearing several "hats."   In the winter she can be found on the court with her basketball girls and in the summer, you can find her behind the bar at Eli's.  Her most special days are spent walking her two dogs, Stella and Lola.
