2008 Block Island Vacation Rentals

Our rental home inventory includes condominiums, one & two bedroom homes; three bedroom, four bedroom, and five - seven  bedroom   properties.   Listed prices are the rates during the high season which is June 14 to September 13.  Use our rental map to locate each property.  Read our Rental Policies for complete rental information. 

All return tenants will receive priority assistance through  January 11th.  We will begin accepting reservations from new tenants on January 14,  2007.  Our main telephone number is 401-466-8883.  Our phones are very busy, so please be patient.  You may also reach us by fax at 401-466-3119 or by e-mail info@blockislandproperty.com

If you leave a message for us be sure to tell us (1) how many people are in your party (including children); (2) the dates that you are requesting; and (3) the upper limit of your price range.  Please also leave us a telephone number where you can be reached.  If we have any vacancies that match your request, we will call you back.  If you do not hear from us, it is because we do not have a house that matches your request.  

We are happy to respond to e-mail inquiries, but we are not able to give you accurate availability by e-mail.  Reservations cannot be made without talking with you by phone.  This is to insure that you have a good understanding of the property you have chosen to rent and our rental policies.  Rental inquiries may be e-mailed to info@blockislandproperty.com.  Please be sure to tell us if you are a returning tenant or a new one; the number of people in your party; the dates you prefer and any other preferences that you have.  If you provide us with a telephone number and best time to reach you, we will call you back if we have availability.  Please remember that we must speak with you personally while making your actual reservation.  

For your convenience, our rental homes are organized by number of bedrooms they contain.  You may click on any of the buttons above to see photos and descriptions of the rental homes.  Please select homes that are large enough to accommodate your party, because each home has a strict  maximum occupancy.  Occupants include children over the age of one year at the time of the rental. 

Rentals begin and end on Saturday, Sunday and Monday,  depending on the house.  Please tell us if it makes a difference to you.  Once you have booked your house, you can make car ferry reservations  at Interstate Navigation Toll Free 866-783-7996 or in Rhode Island 401-783-4613.  Interstate will begin to accept reservations in January.   More information about rates, cancellation policies, schedule etc. can be found on their website at www.blockislandferry.com

Some of our homes are rented weekly while others have two week minimums during July and August.  

Bed linens and towels are not provided at most homes.  You may bring your own or arrange to rent linens at Block Island Linen Rental 401-466-5604  www.blockislandlinenrental.com 

There is a $50.00 service fee for each reservation.  This is a one-time fee per reservation, not per week.  This fee is paid with your initial deposit.
