Our Block Island vacation rental home inventory includes cottages, condominiums and homes. Click on "choose a rental type" above to view the properties. You can select number of bedrooms or choose "catalog" to view all properties. A more detailed search is available by choosing "Search Again" once you are on the properties page.

All return tenants will receive priority assistance through January 5, 2013. Please note when looking through the web site that there is very little availability shown right now. What is shown on the calendar as not available is a Broker hold for return tenants through January 5 and weeks shown as available are actually available and can be reserved.

We are happy to respond to e-mail inquiries, but we are not able to give you accurate availability by e-mail. Reservations should be made via the telephone for the most accurate descriptions. This is to insure that you receive the best possible service and have a good understanding of the property you have chosen to rent and our rental policies.

Contact Us if you have any questions about the reservation process. Please be sure to tell us if you are a returning tenant or new; the number of people in your party; the dates you prefer and any other preferences that you have. If you provide us with a telephone number and best time to reach you, we will call you back if we have availability. Please remember that it is best to speak with you personally to make a reservation.

For your convenience, our rental homes are organized by number of bedrooms they contain. You may click on any of the buttons above to see photos and descriptions of the rental homes. Please select homes that are large enough to accommodate your party, because each home has a strict maximum occupancy. Occupants include children over the age of one year at the time of the rental. Click on "See Details" for more information and special rates.

There is a $60.00 service fee for each reservation. This is a one-time fee per reservation, not per week. This fee is paid with your initial deposit.

Rentals begin and end on Friday, Saturday, Sunday and Monday, depending on the house. Please tell us if it makes a difference to you. Once you have booked your house, we highly recommend that you make car ferry reservations right away at Interstate Navigation Toll Free 866-783-7996 or in Rhode Island 401-783-4613. Interstate will begin to accept reservations in January. More information about rates, cancellation policies, schedule etc. can be found on their website at www.blockislandferry.com

Bed linens and towels are not provided at most homes. You may bring your own or arrange to rent linens at Block Island Linen Rental 401-466-5604 www.blockislandlinenrental.com

Travel Insurance: We are offering Travel Insurance through Travel Guard. Travel Guard's All Seasons Travel Plan can provide coverage for you and your vacation investment when the unexpected occurs. By purchasing travel insurance, you can insure yourself for covered cancellation penalties, medical costs, as well as gain access to a wide range of traveler's assistance services. Accidental Rental Damage Insurance (ARDI): ARDI is an insurance plan offered through Travel Guard, that provides coverage for accidental damages to the vacation rental property during your stay, in place of a security deposit. Return home with vacation memories, not repair costs. When you include ARDI with your reservations, the cost and repair of covered accidental damage will be handled between the rental company and the insurance. There are 4 levels of coverage and each home will have a minimum depending on the security deposit amount otherwise required at that property.
